AAC Panel

Key Features of AAC Panel

  • 10 to 20 times faster to construct than AAC Block
  • Thinner Walls : Saves carpet area up to 5%
  • Sustainable
  • Eco Friendly
  • Long lasting cement based panel
  • High axial compression and bending
  • Labour: Minimum requirement of labor. Pre-cured and ready to use. Therefore, eliminates on site curing.
  • Water Resistant , Fire Resistant & Termite Resistant
  • Saves Cost

What are AAC Panels?

AAC panels, or Autoclaved Aerated Concrete panels, are building materials made up of sand, cement, lime, and aluminum powder. These panels are lightweight yet sturdy and durable due to the cellular structure formed during the autoclaving process, which cures them under high pressure and temperature. AAC panels are noted for their thermal insulation, fire resistance, and simplicity of installation. They are widely utilized in residential, commercial, and industrial structures for walls, floors, and roofs.

Types of AAC Panel

  • Partitions – Offices, malls, educational institutions, hotels/ restaurants, housing residential, Govt. /defense, industrial & infrastructure, textile units.
  • Mezzanine Flooring – Industrial/SEZ, warehouse/godowns, storerooms, shopping malls, Govt. /defense, etc.
  • Boundary / Fencing – Residential, commercial, Govt. /defense etc.
  • Prefab Structures – Accommodation units, site offices, security & store rooms, warehouse/ godowns, schools, army barrack, low-cost housing.
  • Cladding – Shopping malls, school/college/ university, duct covering, site offices & administration offices, industrial.
  • Fire Separation Walls – Shopping malls, hotels, staircase enclosures, industrial.
